A finished building is not finished until it is clean. Cement dust settles into every groove, paint spots speckle the floors, stickers and tape cling to windows and fittings, and fine plaster dust keeps reappearing for weeks if it is not removed properly the first time.
We work for building contractors preparing a handover, developers getting units ready for viewing, and homeowners whose fundis have finally left. The process moves top to bottom: dust and debris removal first, then surfaces, fittings, windows, floors and a final pass so the space photographs and inspects well.
Two rates cover most jobs: a standard clean-up at Ksh 60 per square metre for light dust and finishing residue, and heavy dust and debris removal at Ksh 90 per square metre where the site needs real clearing first. The minimum charge is Ksh 8,000 and the flat Ksh 500 logistics fee applies. We assess the site and agree a fixed figure before work begins.
Post-construction cleaning pairs naturally with our other services — cabro washing for the driveway, tile cleaning for bathrooms and kitchens, and seat or sofa cleaning if the unit is being handed over furnished. Booking them together saves a second logistics charge and a second visit.
