Scope & quotation

We confirm exactly what the job covers and quote from our published price guide. The price is agreed before work begins — 50% deposit confirms your slot.
Site preparation

You clear small items and give access to water and power; we protect the work area and check each surface before treatment begins.
Cleaning & treatment

Deep soil extraction, targeted stain treatment and steam-assisted cleaning where the material allows — no harsh methods on delicate surfaces.
Drying & finishing

Efficient drying with honest guidance on times — same day for most sofas and mattresses, depending on weather and ventilation.
Final inspection

We walk through the result with you and point out any pre-existing wear or stains that could not safely be removed. Balance paid after you are satisfied.

Quality and safety on every job

Every surface is checked before treatment so the method matches the material — not the other way round.

All products are used according to manufacturer instructions, and pest treatments follow applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

Delicate fabrics and materials get gentler methods. If a surface cannot safely take a treatment, we tell you.
