We work across Nairobi and its surrounding areas from our base at Musa Gitau Bus Stop, Kikuyu–Gikambura. A flat Ksh 500 logistics charge applies per job. If you are unsure whether we reach you, send your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm.

Get a quote on WhatsApp or through the booking form, we confirm the scope and price, you pay a 50% deposit to secure the slot, and we arrive on the agreed day. The balance is paid after the final inspection.

The deposit reserves your slot and covers mobilisation — a cleaning crew, machines and products set aside for your job. It is part of the agreed price, not an extra charge.

A flat per-job charge covering transport of the team and equipment to your site. It is charged once per visit, no matter how many services or items you book in that visit.

For sofa sets and mattresses, same-day wash and dry applies in most cases. Drying depends on weather, humidity and ventilation, so on damp days we will tell you honestly if items need longer.

We use products according to manufacturer instructions and choose methods suited to each surface — no harsh methods on delicate materials. For fumigation, children, pets and food must be kept away during treatment and we give written re-entry times.

We explain what can and cannot be achieved before we start, and we point out pre-existing wear or stains that cannot safely be removed at the final inspection. You will never discover a surprise after we leave.

Access to water and power, clear access to the items being cleaned, and small items moved off seats and surfaces. For fumigation we send a preparation checklist covering food, utensils, children and pets.

Yes — offices, schools and institutions are often scheduled early morning, evening or weekends so work does not interrupt your day. Mention it when booking.

Payment details, including M-Pesa, are shared when your booking is confirmed — a 50% deposit before the visit and the balance after the final inspection.
