Fumigation & Pest Control

Treatment for bed bugs, cockroaches and household pests

Fumigation & Pest Control Technician in protective equipment preparing a room for fumigation

Fumigation and pest control for homes, offices and institutions, priced per job from Ksh 2,500. Treatments follow applicable safety and regulatory requirements, with clear re-entry guidance.

Bed bugs in a mattress, cockroaches behind the kitchen units, ants along the skirting, rodents in a store — pests are a fact of dense urban living, and they are a hygiene problem, not a character flaw. The right response is a proper treatment, done safely, with clear instructions for your household or staff.

Every treatment starts with an assessment: what pest, how widespread, which rooms, and who uses the space — children, pets, elderly family members, food-preparation areas. Treatment then follows applicable safety and regulatory requirements, and you get written guidance on preparation before we arrive and re-entry times before we leave.

Pricing is per job: a bedsitter or single room at Ksh 2,500, a one-bedroom at Ksh 4,000, a two-bedroom at Ksh 5,500 and a three-bedroom at Ksh 7,500. Offices and commercial premises are quoted at Ksh 25 per square metre after inspection, because the pest type and layout change the work significantly.

Safety notes we give every customer: keep children, pets and food away during treatment, cover or remove utensils and open food, ventilate as instructed, and respect the stated re-entry time. For bed bugs, combining fumigation with mattress cleaning in one visit tackles both the pest and the hygiene it leaves behind.

Questions about fumigation

How much does fumigation cost?
Per job: bedsitter or single room Ksh 2,500, one-bedroom Ksh 4,000, two-bedroom Ksh 5,500, three-bedroom Ksh 7,500. Offices and commercial premises are Ksh 25 per m² after inspection, plus a flat Ksh 500 logistics charge.
How long must we stay out of the house?
It depends on the treatment. We give you the exact re-entry time in writing before we start, along with ventilation instructions. Plan for a few hours away in most cases.
Is the treatment safe for children and pets?
Treatments follow applicable safety and regulatory requirements. Children, pets, food and utensils must be kept away during treatment, and we give a clear checklist for before and after.
Do I need to prepare the house?
Yes — we send a preparation checklist: clear floors where possible, cover or store food and utensils, and give access to affected rooms. Bed bug work may need bedding laundered.
Will one treatment be enough?
Many infestations clear in one visit, but some pests — especially bed bugs and heavy cockroach infestations — can need a follow-up. We set expectations honestly after assessment.
